About this Course
This module provides a comprehensive outline to develop a business plan with professionalism and finesse. It also includes the sharing of ingenious techniques for researching relevant information to be crystallised into developing a winning business plan. Last but not the least, this module will show you how to do a successful home run: presenting the business plan to relevant stakeholders for their approval.
Course Objectives:
This course is ideal for F&B managerial personnel involved in business development, such as

Through our experiential classroom training, learners will learn how to:
- Key elements and objectives of a business plan
- Identify and extract necessary information for inputs into business plan
- Draft business plan in consultation with key stakeholders
Assessment
At the end of the module, learners are required to complete a total of 1 hour of summative assessment, comprising a written assignment, oral presentation and oral interview. Upon successful completion of assessment, they will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA).
Upon successful completion of assessment for the rest of the modules under the WSQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, they will be awarded a WSQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Management.

Entry Requirement
