The Personal Errors of Leadership 

  • We look at the top ten mistakes people in all senior positions are prone to making. Highlight ways to avoid making these mistakes and how to rectify the situation if the mistake is done.

The Unintended Errors Leaders Make

  • What are these unintended mistakes, how can we notice them, and what can we do about them?

Four Corporate Errors

  • It is the manager’s responsibility to foster an environment in which their team will be less susceptible to errors. Here we explore how managers can effectively cope with and manage these corporate errors.

Role of the Manager/Senior Management

  • How can Senior Management understand, communicate, and strategise to resolve these issues? This course offers solutions to move forward and avoid being trapped in the past.
