  • Check that all information required to support the dissemination of training programmes are available for employees to access
  • Communicate information regarding training programmes to appropriate employees
  • Respond to employees’ queries and specific requirements regarding training programmes

2. Arrange venue & resources

  • Identify resources required to deliver training programmes
  • Manage bookings of resources required to deliver training programmes
  • Confirm resource bookings with trainers 

3. Process training documentation and records

  • Check that required documentation has been submitted in accordance with organisational requirements
  • Generate reports on the outcomes of training programmes 
  • Suggest improvements to the administration of training systems
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and adequacy of system to store data or documentation from training programmes
