- Check that all information required to support the dissemination of training programmes are available for employees to access
- Communicate information regarding training programmes to appropriate employees
- Respond to employees’ queries and specific requirements regarding training programmes

- Identify resources required to deliver training programmes
- Manage bookings of resources required to deliver training programmes
- Confirm resource bookings with trainers
3. Process training documentation and records
- Check that required documentation has been submitted in accordance with organisational requirements
- Generate reports on the outcomes of training programmes
- Suggest improvements to the administration of training systems
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and adequacy of system to store data or documentation from training programmes
